Have you ever worked on a unit and wondered how well you were doing? Unfamiliar with process or equipment changes since your last shift at that facility and need help? Can-Med healthcare staff supervisors take that stress away and provide you with on-site support. The sole role of these Can-Med nurses is to act as on-site liaisons between the facility charge nurses, clinical educators, and healthcare providers to ensure our people have the right tools to succeed. On a daily basis, they visit our client facilities to help you and encourage the exemplary level of customer service we are known for. On-site facility supervision, preceptorship, and ongoing training are just some of the things they do to ensure you continue to have the best experience on shift.

In this stage you will meet one of our recruiter’s in-person at our office. We will take an even closer look at your previous work experience and discuss required credentials and documents. While finding candidates who meet our job qualifications and requirements is a goal, most importantly, we are looking for someone who represents our culture and reputation of quality. In case we move forward with your application, we ask that you to come prepared with employment references for review.
Step 4: Offer Letter Presentation
